This is exactly the kind of mentality that Shaytaan wants.
Shaytaan wants you to feel like you are wrong if you do good deeds.
If you tell the truth and point people in the right direction, you are "preaching".
This is a sin, according to what society tells us. What is wanted is that you shut your mouth and say nothing as society becomes increasing Satanic.
Of course, it is society that suffers when we fail to denounce evil but we shouldn't think that we as individuals will get away with it if we fail to do our duty in this regard.
If you are full of hostility against sin and you denounce it then this is healthy and will help to make sure that you understand sin is sin.
If you are full of hatred against sin, then you naturally will oppose it.
Don't get me wrong, you might still sin and I think it's certain you will sin. But you sin and you recognize it's a sin and you know you did something wrong so hopefully you repent.
But you look at the people with the "don't judge" liberal mentality.
They're okay with someone committing sin but not someone denouncing it.
For example, I caught someone stealing. I told him it's a sin to steal and he got really hostile.
So according to this satanic kind of ideology- you can steal, you can commit sin and it's actually okay- but it's opposing sin that is actually a sin.
If you really let people convince you that you shouldn't speak against sin (and you have to have a PHD from Medina University to say sin is sin- but then even if you had the PHD from Medina they'd find another reason to say you should shut up)-
what will happen?
Society is becoming increasingly and more overtly satanic. Unless you move to a mountain and tend to goats or something, you're going to see more and more sin all around you.
If you think piety means not denouncing sin and pretending it isn't there then you'll become more and more desensitized to sin- you are training yourself to ignore it. If you denounce it, you are training yourself to oppose it. I'm not trying to teach any sort of bid'ah here, I'm just saying on a psychological level.
If I show two people (Person A and Person B) a picture of someone and I tell Person A to shout and say something opposing the person in the picture when he sees the picture- and I have the picture shown repeatedly then that will condition Person A to have a certain reaction when he says the person in the picture. If with Person B, you tell him to be completely quiet when he sees the person, then this will condition Person B in a different direction.
This Tupac "only God can judge me" ideology may use pious-sounding words but it is actually Satanic and works to facilitate society becoming more overtly satanic and to condition individuals to lose their natural aversion to evil and to breakdown their ability to distinguish good from evil.
