I am not that knowledgeable with these stuff just a little interest lol. But if I'm not mistaken it is a south cushite haplogroup but some bantus have it due to having some admixture with them.

E-M293 is originally a Cushitic lineage, especially South Cushitic.

Many groups in Southeast Africa are admixed with South Cushites.

Sometimes the cousin system makes small mistakes. 99% of the time it is correct, but sometimes it makes errors. 23andMe isn't whole genome, but only partial genome.

It wasn't really thread worthy, could have asked here as well. On the 23andme forums they have discussed this issue as well, search there for more info. Occasionally it makes mistakes, but overall it is a legit system.

He says in the end some Arab tribes have different paternal tribes like Berbers,Copts etc but aren’t those groups Arabized and aren’t pure Arabs?

I think also there wasn’t a single founder of any Somali tribe as most tribes has multiple haplogroups.

He’s a Haplogroup E-V32 while I’m a Haplogroup T-L208.

I guess 16 generations is the safe side then. Maxamed abokor so far are mostly T whilst I've seen muuse abokor with E-V32 and T-208.
