the article doesnt mention somalia or somalis once and the numbers do not correlate with your findings.

So if we look into the 41 with swedish citizenship we could assume that 13 of them are(hypothetically) of other nations, we can for sure decline that both parents of the Somali khasaaro kids were born here.
