What if you got stopped and searched 30 times in one year even though you never committed a crime in your life? Would you have a good opinion of the police? I know someone this has happened to. (He’s not Somali).Only crime-prone lower dregs of society types develop a culture of “snitches get stitches” and popo syndrome. They’re most likely involved in some bullshit, or are closely allied with trash people who are.
That depends on what you think about profiling? It’s unfortunate, but if you fit a certain description in different contexts, the fact is you’re more prone be stereotyped for it.What if you got stopped and searched 30 times in one year even though you never committed a crime in your life? We’re pattern-seeking creatures, and being patted 30x a year, while unfair and bad for the morale of the individual, is an indicator that your phenotype is disproportionately associated with whatever the crime. Hence, it’s something that can only change with the associations of your community changing. It truly sucks that law abiding people feel the pain.
For a person to be law abiding, they’d presumably have a value set that appreciates law and order. 30x is extremely excessive, however, popo syndrome is not a rational response. I’m not seeing you love the experience, I’m not saying their image isn’t diminished, or that you don’t see it’s flaws. So it is possible for a law abiding citizen to have “popo syndrome” because of bad experiences with police?
She is beautiful on her hijab and protecting her community. What a good girl.
They have goldfish brainsLmao if it was the madow community who were attacking a madow police officer, these xalimos would have been yelling black lives matter and attacking the madow officer for being a “traitor”, how the police is a racist institution etc. They have no principles whatsoever.
You’re literally retarded. Most Somali girls are not BLM. They’re NOT the same crowd. And there is MORE THAN one side..It's funny that the most girls that are calling the guys roadmen and saying that she's protecting society are the same blm lowlifes that protest about the nonexistent police brutality in UK. Pick your side xalimos.
True....the blm crowd of somalis is tiny. Hell the blm crowd in the black community is tiny. But they are so loud and in your face it give the impression they are more than they areYou’re literally retarded. Most Somali girls are not BLM. They’re NOT the same crowd. stop and search is annoying....happened to me about 10 times. tbh I do look a bit shady lol. But in the end its beneficial to the community and they never found anything on me. I am all for stop and search, but if they just gonna target blacks and leave white criminals alone. Then it will just create resentment towards the police for targeting only 1 group of peopleIt’s so funny that we have @MARAQ DIGAAG here crying about the racist and islamophobic police force
And then we have @World goading Somali women for holding the police accountable for their racism.
Can you two talk amongst yourselves and tell us whether it’s the police that are the bad guys or the girls who want to do something about racism in policing who should be demonised.
Because I will be very honest with you Samaale men. Police brutality and racial profiling is not something that typically affects women. Most of the girls on twitter who are against it are doing it on behalf of men but if you are going to sit here and mock them, I hope the police continues whatever it is they are doing to Samaale men.

yeah I agree 100%...we have to do our bit as well as somalis as sadly a lot of young somali boys are up to no good. And police in general do great jobIt has been proven that the police in the UK the police are more like to arrest black men for pettier crimes, once in court a jury is more likely to convict you and you are more likely to be given a longer sentence for the same crime by the judge if you are a black male than anyone else. All human beings have a bias and whether it’s the jury or the police officer in the street it’s important to have conversations about it.
This cannot be denied and has been proven in many studies ran by cadan people themselves. I have had many Somali males telling me about negative incidents with the police which they cited was because of islamophobia/race. Ofcourse it’s not as bad as in America and I think the police do a very good job overall. They are taking more steps to combat racism by hiring more ethnic minorities and promoting them to higher ranks and this should be applauded. Admitting that the criminal justice system can improve in its handling of black men does not necessarily equate hating the police. Just like admitting referees make mistakes does not mean you would want a football game without one.
