The moors were North Africans ? Who told you they were Senegalese.... African Americans are such a mixed group of people, you can't really trace them to a civilization in Africa and if we are going to link them to something I think it should only be in west Africa at least. Lastly ignoring civilization etc. AAs as a group have achieved a lot in the 20th century. Most pop culture here in America can be traced to the AA community. Some of the biggest music genres, artist, athletes hailed from the AA community. There accomplishes and leaders are all written and intertwined with American history.

Moors were by all historical accounts Berbers, native Iberians and a few Arabs. The only noticeable West African's in Spain were slaves. Senegal is separated from North Africa by the Sahara desert, let alone Spain.

That's revisionist history your quoting, the self-hate with you people knows no bounds to the point you even deny your own ancient Egyptian history so I am not surprised to see you do the same with those of others blacks.

Who the moor's were is not even disputed today in the highest academic circles, even in the Islamic circles our classical scholars thought they were on Biddah because they did not wear the Turban's which the Arab Bedouins did, as did the Berbers.
