Several provinces in China already have a period leave policy. They allow their working women to have 2 days off each month.

Seems like companies need a lesson on women’s rights. Especially female bosses, they are the worst. I’m telling her I’m sick, and she’s like ‘you can just have a paracetmol.’ Paracetmol won’t do anything. Some of us suffer more than others. Not every female body is the same. My sister faints when she is on her period.


I usually go in and then when the pain hits I ask to be excused and leave. You should look into this and speak to your boss. Will they be liable if anything happens to you? Don’t risk it, sis. Stuff like this makes my blood boil. If you are sick then you are sick
