He has absolutely nothing of value as it stands right now other then useless theories, in the coming world war the baadiye kid whom never had a nanny state to provide for him will survive easily while he will likely hang himself in his room out of despair/shock or die from starvation once the protective nanny state he relies upon so heavily dissipates into chaos which the baadiye kid is used to.

That's for severe cases of known mental retardation (iq of -60~)

Once you get past the IQ of 90; intelligence gets very nuance and can only be improved through manipulating a number of genes unique to you.

BGI in China is trying to figure that out by comparing a ton of geniuses and normal smart people.

I am tall 6'1 and if i was confronted with a somali person who is 5'3 would i think i am better than him? of course not, its just genetics, and the reality of biology, Intelligence is also high heritable as height and influenced by genetics and i can link you a lot of studies that proves this. However do you honestly believe stupid people should have more children than intelligent people, even you can understand that over many generations this produces an effect were dumber people will outnumber the intelligent ones, is that what you want? Nor do lawyers, doctors and etc necessarily have high IQ.
