Sanaag was always dominated by Isaaq. Go and check the 1961 referendum, the HJ NUF party dominated the Sanaag votes. Warsangali and minority Dhulbahante combind made up 39% of the vote. This is with the largest Somaliland party SNL boycotting the vote, had the SNL voted Harti would have received an even smaller share of the Sanaag vote.

So in reality Habar Yoonis Bari = Iidle Faarax + Boho Faarax, two sections of Faarax Biciide. With Axmed Faarax Biciide (2 MP) and Basanbuur (1 MP) left.

On top of that it was Caare who fled to Qardho, Puntland saved you not the other way round.
