Don't shoot the messenger I am reporting the facts, a wounded MX boy was sent to PL for medical treatment in a private hospital, Deni and his PIS caught word of this and send his goons to the hospital, beat up the already grievously wounded boy and his sisters, even some of the staff, kidnapped the boy and put him in another facility chaining his leg to the bed, effectively stopping treatment, the irony is the boy cant walk he has dangerous bullet wounds that tore through both his kidneys.
Galmudug authorities have not requested for this boy specifically and PL doesn't respect their demands regardless, however Deni wants to fan the flames of war between MX and HG by handing the boy over to HG they kill him and continue the war.
