@Pwyneth Galtrow how do we improve PL health if we don't have any investors who come and create a 'sewage plant and water treatment plant'. Without these infrastructure, you just end up chasing your tail with health disasters. Wat ppl drink has to be treated or else they develop water borne diseases and what ppl shit has to be treated also before it turns into diseases.
They work only on sweeping the street, wat about taking ppl garbage, as long as filth remains, diseases will exist because they thrive in filth. But PL mayor must be serious about this and advise water companies to invest in a water treatment plant or let someone else enter the market and develop these infrastructure. If u own the water treatment or sewage plants, u basically dominate the market with no competition, it's a big money earner so I don't know why no-one in PL has taken these lucrative projects. If they open up 'shares' for it, Wallahi I wud dump 20k immediately, this is a money maker with no competition and u own every house sewage or water treatment.
