Ceerigaabo district kulaha, we both know you have nothing to do with the district in 2024. You can't take something you don't have. 3 of the Sanaag districts are dominated by Isaaq...You only dominate Badhan & Dhahar district

Amisom is 100% funded, equipped and trained by the west to babysit the FGS until its ”ready” to defend itself from AS. Other africans are being used by the west as foot soldiers, Gaalka cad is calling the shots, making it hard to remove as gaalka cad finance all somali governments, including yours. Thankfully they are closing the money tap. 100k troops can’t suppress somalis, 20k is nothing and thats what they have learned. Amisom has been sitting on their bases all year and pay ironically AS protection money but that doesn’t always work out.

The fact of the matter is Somalia is currently a nation only on paper today. This clan federalism has made sure Somalia is in a constant position of stagnation, progress has been minimal since its inception, politician's bickering over nonsense all because it doesn’t serve its “clan interests”. If Somalia practiced actual federalism I’d differently be a supporter of it, but that is not what’s happening. That article you sent although commendable doesn’t address the issue at hand. In an actual federal republic, there is only one national army, one national federal government which controls all of the nations territory. Somalia today is not a federal republic, and all of the issues that our people are facing are because of our leaders and their tribalistic mentality (and their supporters) . If our nations was united AS, irrespective of their foreign support, would’ve been obliterated a long time ago. Yet people on here are surprised why our nation is in this current predicament. Why is he focusing on this constitutional change while Al Shabaab controls large parts of our country? That just shows you were his priorities lie. You also have raised some good points, but your argument is a fallacy. This new system we have adopted is federalism correct ? In order for it to work all stake holders have to come to the table. I’m not in anyway “defending” the FG but they aren’t the only ones at fault here. I could also say why haven’t the FMS contributed their fair share of taxes to the country, why haven’t they contributed troops to the national army, why do they undermine the country’s national security by doing back door deals with foreign countries / entities, I could go on and on. Have a look at @ggoat statement and tell me I’m not right in my assessment. Every single president that has been selected goes through this cycle of never ending political stagnation, people switching their political allegiance due to clan affiliation and so on and so forth, nothing getting done in the process. This fiasco has been ongoing for decades and won’t change until proper federalism is implemented and adhered to.
