From this incident, replacing him is absolutely the least thing that can be done, for gross incompetence at best and quite likely an accomplice to murder. Im normally neutral in the power struggle between MrCheese and opposition but FGS must bring justice to anyone who had a role in the assassination of agent Tahliil. The outcume depends on Haawiye consensus. If MrCheese lost all Haawiye support to Rooble/opposition, then he is done. Amisom wont attack Rooble for MrCheese. MrCheese becomes powerless. The worst case scenario is the collapse of FGS. The silver lining is hopefully the South/FGS clans now know there must be a clear chain of command and no ambiguity between the powers of FGS vs the 5 FMS governments

He is saying Rooble is assuming executive powers while prime minister. This is ultimately a problem caused by a confusing constitution with both a president and prime minister sharing executive authority. He will resign to focus on family. I dont think PM has direct authority to fire NISA but he might have indirect authority through whatever ministry its under to get that minister to fire NISA chief and I think that might be ina Cabdillaahi Calasow but then against FGS constitution is ambiguous and I might even be wrong about NISA being under interior ministry and Calasow might not be the relevant minister
