Doqon! you're conflating accent with dialect!. The man in the video sounds like a Reer Xamar, he's got the Reer Xamar accent. If he was an Arab who learned Somali his Reer Xamar accent wouldn't be that strong and noticeable. Have you ever seen a fob speaking english with a British accent or texan accent?. No it's almost always invariably a SOMALI english accent with little little hints of the local accent.
