Every ethnic person can build muscle assuming they hit their macros/necessary caloric intake/progressive overload


People who complain about not being able to build muscle are just lazy and misinformed about nutrition/lifting


Certain races do build muscle better, but for the most part , anyone can get jacked

There is a reason why the American media hasn't adopted football, even despite how universally popular it is . The reason has to do with the limited placement of ads where the ads only occur in half time in comparison to basketball or American football. They have many breaks where you can place ads.Football is 90 mins, where a basketball game is 48 mins, where a basketball game has 4 quarters and two of those quarters are separated by half time. One half of a soccer game is 45 mins keep in mind that there is limited amount of substitutions. If you examine a football the kin eye will notice how slow the game is incomprehensible to other sports but that's doesn't mean that there isn't any action its condensed is small portions of the game.

Let me give you an example. I've been an advent. mma fan since I was 12 years old I have seen fighters with fast twitch fighter twitch fighter over the years the famous one being Conor McGregor or Romero or the slow twitch fighters such as nate Diaz or max Holloway. If you examine the fighters with fast twitch muscles they can’t maintain their endurance as they produce more lactic acid which hinders their cardio. Conor McGregor is well known to gas after the second round Where as fighter like max Holloway peaks in the later rounds where their opponents are Exhausted. Similar to football player, Max Holloway uses his cardio to make the opponents fight at his pace, regardless if it's fast or slowed paced to out, perform his opponents. A long distance runner and soccer player are no different in how they use their cardiovascular system.

don't be dumb, at the field he is competing in EVERYONE is on steroids otherwise you're left behind before you're even on the starting line, once everyone is on steroids the only difference between you and the next guy is how good you're genetics are. As i guy who trained bjj and boxing since the age of 9 i only saw few somalis in tournements having a father is paramouth to succeed in these streets the benefits of not growning up in a somali community i guess my father saw the necessity to learn martial combat at an early age
