Wow the first community based initiative by somalilanders. Finally. I was sick of seeing the constant begging bowls for foreign donors to do everything. Even they're budget has to be supported by foreigners as they can't balance they're expensives and taxation revenue, they're taxation revenue falls short and the western world has to inject budget support so they're govt can continue FUNCTIONING LOL
