Don't listen to this confused kid. No one in the South makes it with goat or cow. We call that hilib shiilan and it's not cut into cubes rather it's cut into chunks and fried with spices and you would enter heaven if you tasted it. We make oodkac, you make muqmad. Same shit different words.

Oodkac is literally made everywhere In Somalia by Somali nomads it doesn't have a specific origin from a specific region of Somalia
