Because of that, everyone knows your business and most family members would prevent you from divorcing so soon or even divorcing at all. Unfortunately, they're moving into suburbs. I'm not safe anymore from their prying and watchful eyes. Soon, they'll have Somali cities like ex: St. Louis Park (Jewish enclave).

Because Ethiopians, Eritreans, and Sudanese women generally make for better wives these days. They're no where near in quality of 60+ Somali women except for like 15% of them. Stereotypes exist for a reason. It makes sense when Somalis do marry out, it's mostly to other Carribean people and of course those marriages collapse. Other East Africans can just go for their own women. Masculinity and high divorce rates/normalization of single mother households are also a huge turnoff to most people.

Bro Xalimos are by far the best in Africa. There's a reason niggas lust over habeshi but not somali. It's because somalis have a reputation of being hostile to foreigners whilst i've seen so many habeshi intergrate into madow culture and marry madow.

I'm not sure. I don't know if there are any Connecticut Somalis on here. Ohio and Maine are more popular. Though @Amber lives in Maine, you can ask her about that. And @Qeelbax is studying in Massachusetts. I'm biased and I personally believe Minnesota is the best, social services are good. Minnesota has pretty good schools as well, and the cadaans mostly leave you alone and are friendly. The weather is a major drawback though, but Minnesota did recently rank #5 for U.S. states to live in.

Whenever I see that mix it’s usually the dad and rarely the mom. I’ve seen plenty different Somali girls with every type of guy from caadan to Chinese but other EA those pairings tend to be rare.

To be honest I’m not quite educated on Eritrean or Ethiopian culture so I’m not sure if they’re bad or good in terms of treament of women so maybe there’s something there? I don’t think it was a thing back in the day either, why do we avoid them like the plague?
