No... But he'll have to win Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
Georgia and North Carolina have counted 93% and 95% of the votes respectively, he's also the hot favourite to win Pennsylvania. That'd give him the presidency. But if Arizona goes the other way then he'll definitely need Nevada and it's 6 electoral votes.
Most of the votes will come from Maricopa county that flipped for dems this year. Anyway let’s wait and see and I will not make any projections.

Lol the bookmakers are favouring Biden in PA, Nevada and Arizona. In odds, the odds with - are likely to win. Trump is favourite in NC and Georgia

It seems that for biden to win he must outlast trump in PA it looks like PA is the decisive state that decides the winner now. Michigan is close but Biden has a lead there.

Only Fox and AP (Associated Press) called it for Joe Biden but every other major news outlet refrained from calling it. 500k+ votes are to be counted in the State. It can go either way.
