Why can't Puntland be more like Jubaland?
Because there is no such a thing as jubbaland at the moment. Madoobe needs a pimp to prop him up in kismaayo. He cannot survive without a pimp.
Ulusow at the moment is the pimp. Madoobe of course is very treacherous and so is ulusow.
Ulusow will try and replace madoobe with another ogadeen who will be just as weak and will always need outside help to control kismaayo.
At the moment ulusow will milk madoobe dry for everything he got as madoobe is weak, desperate and broke.

That region needs development in every sector and a reforestation plan ASAP. No major infrastructure has been built there for more than 40 YEARS. Seriously, the locals deserve better than individual egos and pride.

you say Puntland is functioning yet alshabab bomb them from time to time. Didnt they bomb bosaso just this month not to mention the fact that they are inside puntland. Waamo is far more peaceful then puntland, you rarely, if any, hear all the problems coming out of pl in Waamo.
Places like Hong kong are places I look to for places to be emulated. Not a tuulo with hideous concrete refugee camp looking buildings and same poor living standards you see all over Somalia. Like I said, faanka iska daaya.

Jubbaland is non of your business to care about. Your tol is a place holder in Kismayo for the time being. Dont get comfortable.
