If you really care for Mudug you'd understand the importance of us taking the Xamar seat. The project for the Xarfo-Galkacyo road is held up there. The funding for 3G corridor would also come from international donors through Xamar. We need to bleed Xamar dry & get the lion share.

It’ll remain blocked, we wont get any funding for garacad, road to xarfo, or drainage system for Galkacyo, mudugs problems are because of Xamar. Forget about xamar. Investment and infrastructure projects will be crowd funded and PL government funded for the foreseeable future.

Exactly why we need a president from PL to secure the FGS seat preferably reer Mudug. You can't crowdfund every time. The drainage and the Airport can be crowdfunded but the roads require serious money. It's our money that's sitting in Xamar, we have to go and get it.

Garowe airport was financed by the kuwaitis and due to PL gov rep to Kuwait efforts, you can read about it, bosaso more or less the same with UAE funding, and the Garowe bridge was built with taxpayers money sxb.

Garowe bridge is part of the URBAN RESILIENCE PROJECT financed by the worldbank. The Bosaso & Garowe airports were built when we had influence in the FGS. The more we're isolated from Xamar the less access to funds we'll face.
