Somalia has is not an Arabic culture.

Many Arabic words are loaned into Somali.
It's the equivalent to ebonics though since it's interchangeable.

Because Somali don't care for culture of other they like their clans better.

But to the serious muslims, you'll see an strong excellence in speaking proper Arabic.
