Only if your intensions are pure. To ask for forgivness, but then plan on doing the same thing the next day, does not work.

Theoretically speaking however, yes you can be forgiven. All your past sins can be forgiven!

Remember, Allah(swt) is Al-Ghaffar, All-forgiving.
If I f*ck then make tawba but plan to f*ck again....my repentance won't be accepted even though God forgives every sin?

I know some people who intentionally sin and say “don’t worry, I’m going hajj bro”

I just wonder if their hajj will get accepted or not... :notsureif:
To sin, just to ask for forgiveness later, doesn’t work. What these people forget, is that Allah(swt) knows about our intentsions. He can see past your actions.

These people are only fooling themselves tbh.

The day you ask for Allah(swt)’s forgiveness, and never return that sin again.. Is the day you will be forgiven!

heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Allah the Almighty said: O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it. It was related by at-Tirmidhi (also by Ahmad ibn Hanbal). Its chain of authorities is sound.

Those are sins you never returned back to, or sins that each time you commit them, you sincerely pray that Allah (swt) will lead you away from that path.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “By Him in whose hand is my soul, if you did not sin Allah would replace you with people who would sin and they would seek the forgiveness of Allah and He would forgive them.”

It seems God loves sinners :gucciwhat:
You are looking at it all wrong saxiib. Allah(swt) loves when the act of a sin humbles someone. Dhull/Humility is one of the best qualities known to Allah(swt).

Thats why when someone who is pious commits a sin and repents, that act is much appreciated by Allah(swt). That same man who thought he was on point with the deen, and started to feel a bit superior because of it, is now humbled by the act of his sin.

Thats why they say ‘a good deed can send you to Jahannam, and a act of sin can send you to Jannah’. That person who did the good deed might be so overjoyed by his action, that pride and ego takes over him. Whereas the guy who commited the sin is so ashamed, that he humbles himself down in sujood for his Lord.

It’s about the heart saxiib. Living a life in sin, and feeling no sense of shame, is not a trait that is valued by Allah(swt). Stop convincing yourself of otherwise! Change your lifestyle instead.

I’m a virgin. Tbh the thought of losing my virginity scares me. Like that shit prob hurts like a *beep*..

:deadmanny:

I plan on staying a virgin till the day I die. Insha’Allah, if I go to Jannah I might be one of those 72 virgins you greet.

Famm, my married friends have scared the hell out of me. :yloezpe::yloezpe:
I have come to terms that marriage may not be for me, I might just adopt some kids to fulfill my dream of becoming a mother.

Who said muslims are perfect?
:comeon:

Give us a break warya. There is a reason why we are human beings, and not angels. We strive for perfection, but can’t obtain it..

Don't listen to them and adopting kids is not in our culture. Produce kids with your own blood with the help of your husband that you love and want to live with.

“It was with the love of my life after losing my virginity at my wedding night in my new house! It was rushed, and it hurt but eventually it stopped just in seconds and got really better and my husband cried afterwards because he wanted to wait to give me his virginity on our wedding night. But needless to say, after the first time, it never stopped. And we’re still going strong after 20 years of marriage.”

Interesting wedding night quotes. :patrice:
