You may feel the way you do because not many people compliment you in real life, perhaps because they are a) jealous of you/ your beauty and/or b) think that you already know that you're beautiful, so why bother saying anything.
Anyways, my advice is to tell yourself in the mirror that you are beautiful everyday. Sure, it sounds silly, but after a while, you will start to believe it. Positive self-talk is the key in healing yourself. All the best abaayo.
