Wrong your clueless u weren't there as the civil war ended from 91 to 94 this was the clan cleansing period, from 94 to 2006 this was the criminal enterprise period(moryans agreed to never allow any govt to be established in Somalia due to their rackets locally and abroad). Plus post the 94 4 month war Hawiye saw it was in their interest to avoid govt at all cost due to the bloodshed that comes with it and revert to moryanism.
2006 to 2025 they switched to Islamism as they saw great coin opportunity plus it would also support Somalia doesn't get a govt.
I was there during the criminal enterprise period which lasted up untill 2006 before Halyey Marxum Geesi Abdillahi Yusuf and PL saved Somalia, I wasn't there during the civil war period.
