Isn't the eastern part of Tana inside NFD?

Why were the Somali herders killed if they were herding inside their territory? Or does the Tana river country only include one side of the river?

I would currently say al shabaab. Those malicious traitors currently planted mines in most roads at the border. Almost 20 innocent Somalis were killed in the past weeks

I heard sijuis in the NFD snitch on fellow Somali refugees to the gov't if they try to live around them.

How come eastliegh roads haven't been built and sewage built by the rich businessmen of eastliegh instead of waiting for the gov't. Although eastliegh makes Nairobi 25% of tax revenue it's marginalized, has high crime rates, sewage problems and few good roads.
