I don't talk to anyone. I just come in greet the trainer and the lady sitting at the desk, and get straight in. but then again, i didn't see anyone talking to each other. Everyone was minding their business, and doing their workout. I like to talk, so it was quite difficult :meleshame:

Oh you will make friends rather quickly, as Yankees are rather informal, and like to talk. I avoid certain times of the day just to avoid their yaping.

I do take initiative, it just takes some time. I'm currently in the "shut up, keep my head low, and mind my business" phase. That won't last tho. Once I get comfortable/ familiar with the atmosphere, I tend to get loud :lolbron:

Lovely, take a long a mate, preferably a bloke, once or twice to get comfortable.
