There’s truth to what you’re saying I have noticed that they are extremely featurist to one another. AAs boast about having European blood & how they have different features compared to west Africans. These discussions are pretty new on X & they do gain a lot of traction lately. The argument about us being featurists is thrown out of proportion & is projection from what I’ve been noticing.

They do it subtlety whilst hiding under the guise of pro-blackness. Whole time they just want to let others know they’re ‘oppressors’ and have a history of being so, often exaggerating the extent of the slave trade in Somalia making it sound to be on par with the Arab or trans-Atlantic one.
Resentment like you said. Anti blackness/ self hatred is rampant in those spaces so it’s mostly jealousy & Islamphobia. I do think Somali men online have a different experience to us tho. They do claim that they’re attacking incels but deep down many of them do have deep rooted hatred for Somali men & resentment/ sexual fetishism for Somali women.
Depends where u live but saying Somalis more accepted or less discriminated than New World Christian Blacks is crazy talk, Black Americans are different as large population and have huge global influence voice and influence and have victim complex

I think mathow men hate themselves more. I do feel bad for the women, imagine your male counterpart demeaning your hair, nose, & comparing you to women that look nothing like you.. they need to work on their shattered self esteem but the blame is on the niman.

I do see the hatred towards us a lot in pro black/ pan African spaces. I had to block & excommunicate alot of them for my own sanity they’re hyper focused on Somalis it does get annoying especially since we’re supposed to be on the same team

I disagree with the last portion, non mathow men do check for attractive AA, wa women who don’t act ghetto. Many of the skinny ones I see are attractive & many are starting to wear their natural hair as an act of rebellion. Like I’ve said they have very low self esteem so I don’t let their words get to me, it’s pure projection makes me feel nothing but pity. With that being said I don’t challenge Somali women that drag them back

Somali men need to fix their social media reputation asap. The online world does have an impact on how you’re treated outside of it. Dark nn are a bunch of jobless weirdos uf.
