I don't understand this - DNA results Somali

So since Somalis are Natufian and Nilote. Our results on 23andme why don't they actually say that, for example shouldn't the result give 90% Somali , but also outline how the Somali DNA got created like Natufian having great admixture with Nilote and outline how much DNA is Nilote and how much is Natufian. Please bare with me I am very busy but hardly have time to look up about DNA and am very ignorant on the subject.

23andMe is simply doing country-by-country modern ancestry stuff (past ~500-1000 years). It is not the same thing.

Indians also get 100% Indian on 23andMe, even though they are made up of several other ancient components:

It’s quite ancient.The only time I’ve seen ancient percentages show up is when real anthropology studies are going on and populations are sampled

I think it's a bit confusing though it gives people the illusion that they are pure in a sense.
