Because their victims, or white trash who grew up in black-dominated areas aka wiggers. I have seen many Pakistani/Bengalis who beg to be Jamaican, and the ones who beg it get stabbed up. Most Asians are normal hard-working people and don't commit crimes.

I don't know about the ones today because I don't follow this garbage gang culture, but Somali gangs back in the day only formed gangs to protect their neighborhoods against Jamaicans. Harlesden and White City were hotspots back in the day
