Imam al-Subki, may God have mercy on him, said in his fatwas: If insulting everyone is undoubtedly disbelief, and the same applies if he insults one of the Companions, since he is a companion. Because this belittles the right of companionship, in which he was exposed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, there is no doubt about the disbelief of the slander ... until he said: There is no doubt that if he hates one of them - i.e. the two sheikhs Abu Bakr and Omar - for the sake of his companions, then he is disbelief. Companionship, if I hate him for his companionship, he is an unbeliever And Ibn Taymiyyah, may God have mercy on him, says: As for those who went beyond that until he claimed that they apostatized after the Messenger of God, may Godโs prayers and peace be upon him, except for a small number of people who did not reach ten souls or that they committed their common people, then there is no doubt in his disbelief. Because he denies what is stated in the Qurโan in no place of approval and praise for them. Rather, whoever doubts a disbelief like this, his infidelity is certain. Uh, and whoever throws Aisha, may God be pleased with her, with what God has cleared her of, then he has disbelieved Because he denies the Quran. Judge Ayyad reported in Al-Shifa, on the authority of Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, that he said: Whoever insults Aisha will be killed. He was told: Why? He said: Whoever throws it has contradicted the Qurโan. Uh, and the Muslims were unanimously agreed on what Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, said. The consensus was transmitted by more than one of the scholars, including Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Katheer and others. The insult may be less than what you have mentioned, so it does not lead to disbelief, even if it is an immoral one, according to the consensus of the scholars. For more benefit on this issue, review the books of scholars, such as Al-Sarm Al-Masloul, by Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, and Al-Shifa by Al-Qadi Iyad. God knows.
