I’d say cadaan makes the higher percentage where they’re present but minorities do work in their filed. Minorities are more motivated to work while cadaans are there (because it’s a white majority society). It easier to give minorities for pr reasons to get minorities working in that field. Both are present.

If you want to marry your first cousin that’s fine on your behalf (even though I’d disagree with it for medical reasons and how disgusting it is) it’s your choice. But don’t lie and say it has benefits. Because it doesn’t. This practice is controversial for obvious reasons.

Idk about minorities being more motivated but I've definitely seen more medical students that are from an ethnic minority background but that might be because of where I live
