2. Of course this is a serious topic, but it doesn't take away from the times you've used your 'sisters' pain in FKD to score points.

Solution: prevent the nabadoons/suldaanka/whatever from protecting their tribal attackers.If the nabadoon/clan elder/male family member tries to do this, they too should be thrown in jail and serve time.
Everything should be dealt by a gov body. For somalis sake, men who hail from the clan of the victim/attacker should not be allowed to take part in the process in case of bias. Everyone who takes part should be a person of sound mind/intellect and must actually fear Allah, not no random shaykh with a beard.
