This is an increasing problem with LGBT asylum claims with lack of rationally based criteria.

The case shows a severe lack of rational requirements, procedural mistakes by not interviewing the partner of the gay man, and lastly not accessing the case with a sufficient factual basis.
Also I did not know the gay flag had that many meanings, I'd fail that test too

Many of the people who flee are not for countries that are financially poor but show little regard for human life and different such as most of the middle-east and North Africa. It goes for LGBT, christian and atheists.

That's what most say to the immigration officers to let them get in.



No one can get persecuted for atheism unless they are vocal about it. LGBT is degeneracy, and Christians have existed in Muslim lands for millennia and no one has bothered them.
