The problem with modern men is that they don't have anyone to talk to when they are hurt.
They don't know how to handle complex emotions and thus become aggressive and hateful. Women usually have other women to talk to and thus find it easier to heal from traumatic events.

From a young age, boys should be taught that crying is okay and that they should talk about their feelings, even if it's with Allah through duah and prayer. Society teaches men to bottle up their emotions and that's why they become bitter and hateful. Incels are broken men and instead of seeking help, they seek out other bitter men and it turns into an echo chamber of lunacy.

Divorce can happen to anyone, female or male, just learn from what went wrong, heal properly and move on without others making you feel ashamed. There is always someone out there that will love and respect you. So, throw a party if you want, it's your life. SMH
