Whilst I abhor the racists on this forum one thing that gives me comfort is that they do it whilst cowering away in their mothers basement. Not one has had the audacity to spew their hate with their picture, workplace and government name up. When you start a new job it is completely normal for an employer to look through your social media as you will now be representing their brand. I guess the company who hired the chef did not do a very good job at it.

I would say that the racist on this forum who have threatened to take violent action against ‘Madows’ or ‘bantus’ should face repercussions. And if they were racist with their names and work places were known, you best believe that they would lose their jobs.

If you and @AussieHustler took issue with how the chef was treats you should have raised it in that thread. I’m not sure how this is relevant to an incident where a barista is being accused of racism because she rolled her eyes. Apples and oranges.

I have to disagree. I realize some of the more tech savvy employers check the social media of their workers, but I don’t equate that with ppl being fired and met with maniacal internet crusades bc of some old tweets someone unearthed.

Everyone’s a goddamn victim and people feed off their fake sense of accomplishment at “weeding out” some random’s old tweet to cause them real harm. This is bad trend. And I did bring it up on the thread in question.

The reason I compared the two instances is bc these forumers are being hypocrites with their victimhood.

It wasnt one of tweet. It was consistent tweets of him talking about how disgusting somalis are and how they are genetically mutans and added if a somali girl tried to kiss me i would punch her. Like thats how disgusting it is that he would punch her. Sometimes i do wonder if you have any somali blood in you when you keep always siding with people who hate us.
