there are certain circumstances where the men are treated unfairly but to say that is the general reality without taking what i just said and a host of other reasons into consideration, shows the bias on your part.Is it fair to say family court tend to favour the mother over the father in general

Now that's what makes no sense, your logic is inconsistent. A man has NO say in an abortion (rightfully so imo). But he bears responsibility? Why? He's not pregnant. She is. She can opt for an abortion or used contraception...and if it fails... she should've thought about that before messing around.
Her body, her choice. His money, his choice. You cannot simultaneously deny him any rights (giving no legal say in aborting) but also force responsibility on him.
