Do you guys view mixed Somali's as Somali?

Do Somali people adhere to the one drop rule? I've seen both sides, one part that embraces mixed Somali's and one side that doesn't view them as Somali's at all. Idk what do you guys think?

Also some ethnicities are more accepted than others, if your half white or half arab you'd probably be more exepted then someone who is half filipino or half african american

Pretty much. I know some mixed Somali's and they are hella proud. Some are even more Somali culturally than full Somali's

I dont understand that logic tho? Most of the half Somali's from Somali men usually end up gaal, I know 3 different Mixed somali's all with Somali dad's and 2 of them are gaal and 1 is muslim but she's embarressed to say she's somali. Legit Maya Jama has a Somali dad and look how that ended up? Why dont you guys admit your good for nothing and leave everything to the woman thats why those kids end up the way they do

Speak for yourself. Most of the folks who end up as a gaal is because of poor parenting skills. I am talking in terms of genetics and ethnicity wise.

Believe it or not there are some of us who are very serious when it comes to parenting. My condolences if you are always in the proximity of deadbeat somali men.

I have never heard somali guys going after filipinos. Interesting, which country? I have heard of somali men going after white women. It depends on the mix, whether or not they have a qabiil, how they look, and if they follow our diin and dhaqan. A half indho yar or half Madow is automatically disqualified by virtue of having a butt face.

A half habesh, cadaan or Arab has a chance if they can pass as Somali and fulfill said requirements. I mean, they will never be Somali but we can pretend that they are whenever they're around.

Would you call someone who's father was half somali and half arab(paternally) and mother is full somali, both father and mother grew up in somalia. The person is 3/4 somali biologically
