I don't think there is a significant gender wage gap between men and child-free, unmarried women in metropolitan cities, especially those represented in higher-paying, often male-dominated occupations. And there is a lesser-known phenomenon of a reverse gender gap. Young women that are child-free and unmarried in some regions in the US (often highly populated urban cities) can have median incomes higher than their male peers. However, you still see fewer women in (software development, tech, and finance). You don't see many women in commodities, securities, or financial investment firms in finance. I know people that work for large asset management firms that say the work environment is abusive (it's not uncommon to hear the utterances of expletives/curse words). You feel like a workhorse, where some women switch careers upon getting married/having kids.
1 THE definition in some absolute, metaphysical sense and the GOOGLE definition are not necessarily the same thing. Google is not some objective apolitical entity. Feminism in real life and feminism according to google are two different things.
2- umm... that is just simply not true. unless you're living in one of those parallel universes I've heard about, abortion and "sexual liberation" are pretty big parts of feminism- as it actually exists in real life.

edit: wait actually I did scroll past something like.. if Jezebel represents feminism, couldn't al qaeda and isis be said to represent Islam... no, that does not hold at all... Jezebel is popular, mainstream feminism.... al qaeda and such groups are not mainstream Islam.
also you can determine what is orthodox, correct Islam by referring to Quran and sunnah. there is no feminist Quran and sunnah. so that is a big difference if you wanted to compare the two... but it's weird to want to compare them. Islam is divine and infallible and has unchangeable scripture. feminism is a modern human-made movement without any set scripture.

Uh… did we live in the same household ? I remember once taking a nap after a long day at work… and the aunties were complaining about how shameful it is for a woman to take a nap and how that may affect your future husband once your married… I’m like why ? And they said you don’t take naps no more once your married cause that’s a sign of laziness… when I just worked a 7-3 shift at a factory assembly line.
I don’t hate men either and Im like you only agree with the definition of it.
But I do acknowledge the system does cater to women a lot, especially the family court systems and how marriage once over really screws men over at times, ( we can get into that )… the core values of feminism has been lost… the overall message of it is super important but it’s now been tainted.
The solution is somewhere in the middle, I think. We definitely have issues within our society - where some of them are harmful to women, but at the same time the causes championed by atheist and other gaalo women shouldn't be used as guiding principles for Muslim women.

No, because it can be extreme at times for example some women going into clinics to create a whole family by herself or women walking around almost naked sleep with men here and there. I do believe in equal rights no man is better than a women nor are women better than men Allah mentions as equally in the Quran. I am aware that a lot of cultures hate women due to patriarchy.

Equality is having any disadvantages or advantages cancel out, creating a state of balance.
Men have advantages and disadvantages in Islam. Women get advantages and disadvantages also.
Their roles balance out to be equal importance but not identical roles.

You are arguing like the Muslim red pillers who changed red pill to fit islam , so when they were checked about it they say they don't support anything that's haram,kufr from red pill, only the halal part.
In fact, I’ll argue that those that refuse to see my point about Islam and feminism having at least some common points are the same ones that use Islam to justify red pill.
