Noob gains are the best and you need a program with progressive overload

But the muscles are made in the kitchen, not the gym

If your progress is slow either stop bullshiting in the gym doing the same pussy weights or fix your inconsistent diet and protein intake

Or maybe both

I've seen faraxs in the gym, they aren't serious about the dedication and effort

They curl, do some bench and then they leave, thinking that a single scoop of whey post workout will do the trick

I lost my gains after Ramadan and I haven't worked out much since I graduated High school back in June. When I first started I just devoured as much calories as I could and laid on the whey and I saw results. Now it's just scheduling time where I can dedicate myself to it again and I'll be back to gaining inshallah
