None of the money is the politicians or Somalia, all of it is going directly to the creditors the country owes the money to as it’s a bridging loan, for example, Norway gives money to World Bank to pay off Somalia’s debt then the WB issues Somalia a new loan to pay off Norway. Neither of these funds will go to Somalia directly from what I understand. These are the terms for the $360M Norway is providing idk about the US though, it could be similar
