This is Guinea-Bissau a country with a central government a country similar in population and gdp to PL an extremely poor country with very minimal aid and investment and rampant corruption I have told you before I commend SL and PL for their achievements in compared to the rest of the country but the best you’ll ever hope to be is Guinea-Bissau which is not very ambitious imo,come back down to earth and humble yourself Puntland is no where near competing with other dirt poor African countries your opposition to centralism comes not because you dislike the system but you refuse to bring to the light the under lying issue which is qabil,insanely corrupted leadership,terrorism, foreign meddling and mistrust among Somalis I believe federalism magnifies the problems we already have i support centralism but certain conditions have to be met before being implemented otherwise we stand the risks of a 1991 repeat I believe federalism won’t work for all of us
