Bosaso isn't that hot as they claim. 40 degrees isn't hot as long as it's 'dry heat'. Waryaa Djibouti is considered thee hottest place on 'earth' and reaches 60 degrees and you don't see them complaining or doing 'hagar bax', same with the GULF states.

Puntland already expanded the 'electricity' backbone, start cooling your homes during the day. Work-days should be 7 am to 12 PM and 4 pm to 8 Pm. We must work 8 hours a day or else our production will be less then economies that work long hours. Cooler colder climates like europe need to work long hours becuz the cold forces ppl to 'work' hard, we must take that into consideration when base-lining our economy to colder climates.

If u brought europeans to the same 'climate' as puntland, watch their productivity go down. Trust me I know how slow things are done is in hot areas of Australia.
