It's not only Arabs. I know Bengalis that are Muslim, Christian and Hindu that are a close knit group and they would say the same.

So in my experience this isn't true, in my mosque we have somalis afghans Nigerians yemeni bengooli pakistani and we are all good friends, and none of us like or hang out with the non muslims of our race.

I am not calling anyone dumb and to me it's not even that the redditors are dweebs or whatever.... it is that redditors are ridiculouly unrepresentative of their ethnic groups in real life. It is crazy to go find what people said on reddit and then say it represents the stance of such-and-such ethnic group in real life. I got banned from the Bangladesh reddit for criticizing lgbt, I got banned from Pakistan reddit for not being some sort of sjw liberal and the Afghan reddit is hardcore anti-Taliban where the talibs clearly seem to have massive support amongst Afghans.

These ethnic subreddits are not remotely representative of the ethnic groups in question. It is insane to take them as representative.

well that's the thing.... the OP is basically asserting that Arabs are irreligious. this is just.... this is really wrong to present things this way. Arabs like any group of course are of course going to vary wildly in terms of their religiosity. It is crazy to think some Arabs posting in English on reddit are representative of Arabs in general in terms of their religiosity.

I have been to every section of london, only hindus I have ever met were indian, most bengalis are Muslim especially east london.
Any somali here who lives in london can vouch for me

google says alot of things, Up until this year I didn't even know there was a huge brazilian population in london, these guys are hiding in the middle of nowhere, I promise u if I asked most people in london how many brazilians they know, they would say 0.
London is a huge place, u get ppl from weird places and stuck in diferent communities, "30,000" hindu bengalis in london is an estimate, the amount of bangalis in london is about 322000, so bengali hindus are probably less that 9% of bengalis in London.

londo pop is 9mil, in this city, half of london is non-white, your gonna get hundreds of different ethnicities, 33k(probably less) is 0.3% of london population.

Somali is 40% Arabic pretty soon it will be 100% Arabic Insha Allah. Also no Somali woman in my bloodline married a Yemeni man, all my forefathers are Somali therefore I am Somali no such thing as a halfbreed in Somali culture we're not AAs

I did not make this thread to give an excuse for people to slander Arabs. I made this thread to tell you this idolising is not reciprocal. Love yourself and be neutral towards the arabs just like you would with any other people.

You can make your theories about how somalis are Arabs but at the end of the day when we talk about reality we need to recognise that Arabs view non-muslim Arabs to be closer to them than muslim non-Arabs.
