They did not commit any international terror attacks or invasions of foreign countries like al-Shabab has done. I know Puntlanders like to pretend they care about Somaliweyn but lets be honest, they would never agree to join with the ICU willingly.

They controlled this much territory in only a span of a few months. PL and SL would have never stood a chance and if it wasn't for the Ethiopian invasion, Somalia would have been united again within two years at most. All of us living in peaceful Islamic rule.

Nope, it would just end up being another civil war. If all of HAG decided to wage war against Puntland, you still wouldn't be able to win, you'd just call it a loss and go home.

ICU wasn't perfect and they shouldn't have made any threats to anyone but regardless AY jumped the gun way too soon and invited our historical enemies who never once cared for Somalia's safety. Think about the consequences of the invasion and consider if the ICU making threats was justifiable enough to allow Ethiopia do what it did.
