Much of the S/land federal state is against this, as long as some lowly parliament member in Koonfur talks about it, it's fine no big deal, because it's in solidarity with many back there whom oppose it.

If Farmaajo himself comes out with this, the whole conversation will be re-framed like this, if you oppose this UAE deal, you support Somalia and Farmaajo is your president and hence you are a traitor against progress etc.
