Thank you World Bank, African Development Bank and Bayle.
Did you know Bayle used to work for African Development Bank in the past. He
is the one that got them to fund many Somalia roads including the Zeila - Borama - Jigjiga road.
The road is approximately 280 KILOMETERS to Borama. Never once did ZOOMAALIANLAND ever implement such a big project in Awdal. Samaroon did a lot for Somaliland, but never got anything in return. Even 5 % from Development Fund goes to Awdal while 87,5 % is taken by one reer, beesha dhexe.

Mr Bayle the Bahabar Abokor Samaroon from Gabilay has increased Somalia's economy and budget and got rid of many hurdles and even got this deal to get funded by AfdB.

While Somaliland has never done any big project in Awdal.

Camuudmedia( Boorama) War Farxad leh wadada isku xidhaysa Boorama iyo Lawyacado oo la dhisayo

Let's take a look in a part of Abdirahman Baileh's past working for AfDB.

He later accepted a position at the African Development Bank (AfDB), where he worked as a finance officer. Beyle also served as an economist, manager and director in various AfDB departments, including agriculture and rural development, water, and operations policies and procedures. His last appointment at the institution was as the head of the AfDB's Department of Agriculture and Agro-Industry. In this new leadership role, Beyle oversaw around 135 projects and investments valued at $3.5 billion, as well as managed a staff of over 100 and supervised special funds.

The amount of projects he helped implement in Somalia concerning road development.

Somaliland has never done any big projects for Awdal. This will be my next thread. I will explain injustices perpetrated by the Jeeganis I will highlight it all and show no real big project was ever done in Awdal while Reer Awdal have broken their backs for Somaliland.

Thank you Dr. Bayle as a son of Awdal we love you and the things you have done for the region and I am sure Somaliweyn loves u too

It's nice to see somebody in office that is competent and doing their job. It's actually quite exciting to see something like this.

Unfortunately, a feasibility study will only quantify measure the cost of the project against its benefit. It won't necessarily mean the project will go ahead. It's just the first the part of infrastructure of planning. Once its complete and a budget has been allocated, it is up to the government to decide whether or not to invest in it. We are still a long away from building that road to Boorama, I wouldn't be surprised if another road project takes precedence over it. Especially one in the central regions that see more commercial traffic and is a state of disrepair.

And don't be surprised if a project with lesser economic and social benefit is chosen over a project with greater benefits. That's another thing that happens with infrastructure projects thanks to politicians that want to appease their constituents.

There is a project brief available if you would like to read it. It gave some insight into why one the roads that I was surprised see in the program was chosen. I'm not 100% satisfied with the reasoning there but it is justifiable.

You're just mad that your pseudo does not have the legitimacy required for such an undertaking. This comes from pure bitterness.

In that case the project will have a strong case. Let's hope it comes to fruition.
