Don't upload the VCF file. That is incomplete. The BAM file is the real thing.

LOL, it's not that difficult. They are a budget company trying to save money wherever they can. They assume their customers are tech savvy and can do that themselves.

T-FGC92488 and E-Y163949 are the two biggest sub-1 thousand year old lineages in Somaliweyn, and funnily enough T-FGC92488 might be the #1.
