As long as the boy is a practizing muslim, speaks Somali and has a stable job my parents won't mind marrying him. This includes all clans, Somali-bantus, reel xamars, bajunis etc. Basically just every group in Somalia.

My mom wouldn't want me to marry a Darood. Not because of qabilism, but because she believes the parents probably wouldn't approve of it since we're Hawiye. I don't know how she feels about other qabils though.
