Working out help to a degree but our physiology, muscle tone, bone density, etc our the byproducts of genes.

When I was in Hargeisa and I remember going to a big gym. I saw tons of Somali guys working out in the gym and more gyms are opening everywhere. They already know what diet to have before going to a gym and leaving the gym, there are notes for it. Plus, it's becoming more famous to work out and this is famous among youngsters, you're talking about elders lol.
