Why do Black People commit more crime compared to other races?

It all comes to the IQ level.. madoows are naturally violent and all scientific evidence points out to that.
They also have higher level of testosterone which is linked to aggression.
Also if you look at the Negroid head you will see that it's slighty sloped from the forhead meaning smaller frontal cortex which means they're less able to have feelings such a self reflection and more feelings to sensationalism. That's why they jump around and act like animals when they get exited when other races just act normally

If you're claiming madows are violent because they have low IQ then how do you explain Somalis having even lower IQ than most madows?
Somalis have low IQ but they also have lower levels of testosterone compared to west africans, thats why they're less aggressive. Most of the violence in Somalia comes from ideology and islamist propaganda, west africans + their decendants and bantus are just naturally more prone to violence.
This is an empirical reality no matter how you look at it
When we're talking about IQ, always remember were talking about the averages theres are people on the right side of the bell curve and people on the left side of the bell curve but the average is still ubiquitous. Black americans asians and whites all have different averages

Somali violence is not due to low IQ but rather the nomadic background and its lifestyle.
Here is a good example within the Somalis themselves. The nomadic Somalis ( in all major clans) are violent in nature than the other Somalis who reside in the coastal towns. For instance the nomadic clans from galkacyo and burco are more violent than the Somalis of bosaaso and the native reer xamar ( shaanshis). Clearly people of the same background but different degree of violence but IQ levels can play a roll as well.
As for the madoow violence is within their DNA. Further more the asian compared to the cadaan are less violent. South Koreans and Japanese are not as violent as Europeans!

Most studies actually say Asians have second or third highest testosterone levels. If your logic is correct, they should have the lowest testosterone levels.
There is no study that covers testosterone levels variation between blacks and Somalis.
Out of a few studies I read, only one stated African American had higher testosterone level, all other studies cited ethnic groups.
This one cities Mexicans having higher testosterone levels than blacks.
There is no conclusive evidence yet.
Can't we accept that violence comes from the environment people are born and raised.

Socio-economic causes and cultural causes. 73% of African Americans are raised in a household without a father. With a struggling single mom and no father figure to raise a young man, crime, gangs and general delinquency is the inevitable result.
And whats the relationship between average IQ and culture

Not having a father figure and drunk s as mothers is a major factor. I think it's the primary factor. They have the capacity to learn and make something of themselves but it starts out all wrong.

They do not have the same culture and history.
Also I believe it's a cycle, blacks are monitored more and caught/arrested for petty crimes like smoking weed. So their stats are worse and their monitoring is justified by using those stats.

How do you explain relatively low crime rates in west Africa? i.e. Senegal, Liberia, Siera Leone etc.?
I doubt blacks being monitored more and arrested for petty crimes is enough to explain this disparity
